Flowstep gives you control over how and when you pay. You can choose monthly or annual billing when you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time without losing access for the remainder of your paid period.

Billing cycles

When you subscribe to a paid Flowstep plan, you choose between two billing options:
  • Monthly — you are charged once per month on your subscription anniversary date.
  • Annual — you are charged once per year. Your full year is billed upfront at the start of the billing period.
Choosing annual billing saves you up to 20% compared to paying month-to-month. If you plan to use Flowstep regularly, the annual plan is the most cost-effective option.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Flowstep subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
When you cancel, your subscription does not end immediately. You retain full access to your plan’s features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

Invoices

After each billing cycle, Flowstep automatically generates an invoice for your payment. You can download past invoices at any time from your account dashboard. See Invoices for instructions.
