Use the share option to create a link for the design. Flowstep generates a unique URL that you can copy.

Send the link

Paste the link into an email, Slack message, Notion doc, or wherever your stakeholders will see it. Anyone with the link can open the design immediately.
Viewers do not need a Flowstep account to open a shared design link. They can view the design directly in their browser, making it easy to collect feedback from people outside your team—such as executives, clients, or external partners—without asking them to sign up for anything.

Collaborating with your team

You can add unlimited collaborators to your Flowstep workspace for free. Collaborators can view designs alongside you, making Flowstep practical for teams of any size without unexpected costs. Shareable links are useful any time you need input or sign-off from people who are not part of your day-to-day design workflow:
