Restart Windsurf after saving.

Authentication

On first use, Windsurf opens your browser to the Flowstep OAuth login page. Sign in with your Flowstep credentials (email/password or Google SSO), click Allow on the consent screen, and Windsurf stores the token.

You need a Flowstep account before connecting. Create one at app.flowstep.ai.

Verify the connection

Open the MCP panel in Windsurf and confirm Flowstep is listed. In a Cascade chat:

Usage example

Create a Flowstep file called "Empty states", then generate a mobile empty-state screen
for a task list app with an illustration placeholder and a call-to-action button.
Show me the rendered result.

Cascade will call create-file → ai-design-screens → get-screen-image in sequence.
